To ensure a smooth and quick identity verification process, please make sure the document you upload matches one of our accepted formats. Your document must be clearly legible and show all details.
Important Upload Guidelines
- •Clear and Readable: The image must not be blurry, overly dark, or obscured by glare.
- •Full Document Visible: All four corners of the slip or card must be visible. Do not crop the image too tightly.
- •Details Must Match: The name on the document must exactly match the full name you provided in your submission form.
- •11-Digit Number: The 11-digit NIN must be clearly legible.
